Casa del Mar Condominium is a luxurious, 27-story ocean-front community located on the prestigious island of Key Biscayne. Built in 1971, there are 205 apartments in the main building and 32 Townhouses on the garden level. Each unit is spacious with well-proportioned rooms and balconies. Casa del Mar has its own manager, its own in-house employees, is not managed by an outside management company, and is overseen by a seven-member Board of Directors.
